Unclear exactly what it is shaping up to be at this point, probably because it's several different things and a lot of that will take shape and come through in editing (over TIME - this isn't a sprint, my love)
* Videos and voice notes documenting what I'm doing/learning/practicing, how I'm healing, and what wisdom I've gained along the way. Outward processing. This is an opportunity to learn more about video editing (maybe spend the second half of the year on it and see how I feel about taking a class after that? Or take an online one now?)
* The Art of Living Well - an article showing the role creativity can play in healing. Diving into [[The Artist's Way]], documenting my [[Artist Dates]] and showing how prioritizing creativity every day helped me heal.
* Therapy Notes (confession style shorts where I share the pearls of wisdom from therapy lol)
* [[The Prompt]]
* One of the things I see this potentially doing is showing the people closest to me what I've been navigating over the last year and a half and what's worked for me. On a broader scale, I think it could bring awareness to the invisible wars we fight when dealing with mental illness, chronic illness, and chronic pain and [[invisible disabilities]] in general. I want to share my knowledge there and do my work in the most efficient way possible. I also realize that part of me, despite my best efforts, still desperately wants to be understood and witnessed in this. It's a very human thing to want, it's alright that I want it, but I'm working very hard to accept the fact that committing to living authentically, unmasked, means I will be misunderstood and judged and rejected and that's ok. The right people understand me, or at least want to understand me and try to understand me. But, more importantly, I understand myself.
